According to the ICD-11, the diagnosis code for adenomyosis is "GA11" which stands for "Adenomyosis" - signifying a condition where endometrial tissue grows within the uterine myometrium, causing symptoms like heavy menstrual bleeding, painful periods, and dyspareunia.12
