Abstract

Urinary tract infection is the most common infection among female population which hampers day today life, and needs some reliable tools for assessment and
management. During post-menopausal state there are many factors which increases the risk of urinary tract infection among this particular age group. This case report shows the effectiveness of homoeopathic medicines in managing UTI and assessment of overall improvement in patients’ condition with the help of Urinary Tract Infection Symptom Assessment questionnaire. This tool helped in the assessment of severity and bothersomeness of urinary symptoms. Also, it helped in noticing even minimal improvement reported by the patients.
